RETURN POLICY

We apologize you are experiencing issues with your product. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to return or exchange purchased products unless the item is defective.

The two-year warranty applies to mechanical failure from the date of purchase. Color may be subject to change on all replacement orders. To initiate the return policy, please complete the following form including uploading a photo of the receipt and a photo of the defective product.
